Hershe is an eleven year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. She currently does not have rapidly advancing cataracts but has advanced lenticular sclerosis. She sees very little as a result, especially in dim light. This condition advanced rapidly over the past year. She is well fed, no dry dog food, vitamin supplements and sees her vet regularly.
I am looking for products that may aid in preventing further deterioration of her sight or can assist in repair. She\'s such a sweetie. It\'s hard to see her facing off with a wall, not seeing it and being confused.
OcluVet seems intended for cataract treatment. Is there anything targeting lenticular sclerosis available that is also relatively affordable? |
